It depends on what you are using it for. However, Lemon Myrtle (Backhousia citriodora) contains almost double the quantity of citral oil (approx 98%), compared with tea tree and eucalyptus oils, so it is a more powerful natural antimicrobial, antiseptic, antifungal, antiviral, antibacterial than most other natural oils. There is some argument that it has the highest citral oil content of any natural plant on Earth!
Lemon Myrtle is used traditionally as an anti-fungal and anti-microbial product. It is non-toxic and low-allergenic too.
All of our ingredients in our products are natural, organic and locally sourced in Queensland, Australia. Ingredients that are 'certified' organic are specified in the product ingredients area on the label.
By Australian law we cannot claim any curative properties for our products, however, as natural and traditional medicines they enjoy a long history of efficacy against a wide range of infections, skin conditions and diseases. At the very least, lemon myrtle boost immunity and general wellbeing!
That depends on where you are. We offer a local delivery service for $10 to the Sunshine Coast and Gympie region. If you are elsewhere in Australia allow up to 1 week. International orders can take 2-3 weeks depending on the mail service to each country. Also, if you have purchased express delivery this will speed up the arrival time accordingly.
We have never had this occur, however as per our refund and returns policy, we accept returns and offer refunds providing goods arrive back to us unopened and in a saleable condition. Refunds are given for any product that does not arrive according to the terms of sale. Please contact us straight away if you ever have any issue with our products.
