Returns Policy
Pure Oz Botanicals is happy to accept and refund goods that are returned to us unopened and in a pristine, sellable state within 30 days of purchase. We quality check our products and adhere to strict used-by dates to ensure they are of the highest quality. If goods are damaged during shipping and do not arrive in top condition, please contact us immediately.
Shipping
We offer a local delivery service to the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane for a flat rate of $10. Please add this Delivery Product to your order if you would like to take advantage of it. Shipping prices for all of our products, with the exception of local delivery, are calculated by weight as some of our products (e.g. gift packs, 20L Botanical Cleaner) are heavier to send. For delivery within Australia allow 3-5 days. For International delivery allow 10-25 days (please note that shipping times will vary depending on the available services to each country).
Payment is required upfront, prior to shipment of goods. We offer payment via PayPal Express, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Afterpay & Zip Pay.
