Our organic Lemon Myrtle Oil is lovingly steamed distilled from the leaves, stems and flowers of the plant in the pristine Rainforests of Queensland Australia. Raw product is grown organically, in clean air, pure water and the reliable Aussie sun.
Lemon Myrtle is not acidic and has a wide range of uses owing to its extraordinarily high citral content.
PROPERTIES & THERAPEUTIC BENEFITS
- Lemon Myrtle has highest citral content of any plant on earth - 95 to 98% compared to lemon which has only 7%. Even eucalyptus and tea tree oil contain no more than 50% citral.
- Lemon Myrtle oil is widely known as a powerful antiseptic and is used to treat allergies, colds, sore throats, gastric disturbances and infections.
- Lemon Myrtle oil is also a highly potent antioxidant and an effective free radical scavenger.
- Lemon Myrtle contains citronella and vital micronutrients - minerals calcium, zinc, magnesium and vitamins A and E.

Shipping
We offer a local delivery service to the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane for a flat rate of $10. Please add this Delivery Product to your order if you would like to take advantage of it. Shipping prices for all of our products, with the exception of local delivery, are calculated by weight as some of our products (e.g. gift packs, 20L Botanical Cleaner) are heavier to send. For delivery within Australia allow 3-5 days. For International delivery allow 10-25 days (please note that shipping times will vary depending on the available services to each country).
